IDP Education (ASX:IEL) has just announced a change to its board.
The Board of IDP Education announced today that it has appointed Tracey Horton and Michell Tredenick to the positions of Non-Executive Director, effective from Monday 12 September 2022.
Together, Ms Horton and Ms Tredenick bring more than four decades' experience advising some of Australia's most well-known Australian organisations.
Ms Tredenick currently serves on several boards, including IAG, Cricket Australia and First Sentier Investors.
Ms Horton is a Non-Executive Director at the GPT Group and a member of the Australian Takeovers Panel and the Chair of the Australian Industry and Skills Committee.
Shares of IDP Education have fallen 0.568% following the announcement.
