Iceni Gold (ASX:ICL) has found the Guyer North gold nugget anomaly extends a further 2.5kms along strike, bringing it to a total of 5kms.

Iceni Gold says the parallel mineralised BIF (Banded Iron Formations) outcrop now extends for 7kms, and gold has been discovered on both sides of the Guyer Ridge than runs along the length of the Guyer North prospect.

Its Technical Director, David Nixon says the continued discovery of coarse gold in the soils, rock chips, drilling, and as nuggets is highly encouraging:

"Integrating these different data sets has revealed that gold is strongly controlled by the Granite-Greenstone contact and the Guyer Shear."
