Austco Healthcare (ASX:AHC) has secured a multi-year contract worth approximately $3.4 million with Angeles Health System in Mexico, marking a major expansion into the Latin American healthcare market.
The agreement, awarded to Austco's US subsidiary, covers the design, installation, and long-term support of advanced nurse call and infant protection systems at three of Angeles' flagship hospitals: Hospital Ángeles Andares, Hospital Ángeles Arboledas, and Hospital Ángeles Polanco.
The project will deploy Austco's Tacera Nurse Call platform with built-in real-time location services, integrated infant protection solutions, and workflow-enhancing application stations.
The systems will also feature seamless integration with third-party platforms, including Baxter/Hillrom Connecta, and advanced server redundancy to ensure fault-tolerant operations.
Revenue recognition for design and installation is expected from FY25 through FY27, with technical support and software updates continuing into FY29.
The agreement includes five years of remote global support and comprehensive training for clinical and biomedical teams.
Austco Healthcare CEO Clayton Astles highlighted the significance of the deal, calling it "a testament to our growing reputation for delivering mission-critical communication and workflow solutions worldwide."
The company's drop-shipping model will ensure the project remains unaffected by US tariffs, maintaining cost predictability and uninterrupted delivery.
