Austco Healthcare (ASX:AHC) has announced the renewal of its preferred supplier agreement with a leading US healthcare and hospital operator.

The new agreement will see Austco continue to supply and support its Tacera IP Nurse Call systems across approximately 180 healthcare facilities in over 30 US states.

This partnership, which builds on a five-year agreement that generated over $49 million in revenue, further strengthens Austco's position as a global leader in digital nurse call and patient management solutions.

The Tacera Pulse platform, part of the agreement, will help healthcare facilities monitor alarms, analyse response data, and track key performance indicators, ultimately improving patient care and operational efficiency.

Austco is also addressing US-China tariff challenges by shifting production to contract manufacturers outside of China, with the transition expected to be completed within the next two to three months.

CEO Clayton Astles lauded the renewal, highlighting the ongoing strategic partnership and the company’s plans to expand its global presence.
