Austco Healthcare (ASX:AHC) announced a positive trading forecast for the first half of FY25 ending Dec. 31, 2025.
The company anticipates an increase in both revenue and EBITDA compared to the previous corresponding period.
The company expects revenue figures between $35.8 million and $36.9 million, showcasing a mid-point growth of approximately 59% from $22.8 million.
Similarly, EBITDA is set to rise by 129%, with forecasts between $4.5 million and $5.1 million, up from $2.1 million the previous year.
The growth is attributed to Austco Healthcare's successful strategy, including organic growth and contributions from recent acquisitions of Teknocorp and Amentco.
The acquisitions are projected to add between $11.8 million to $12.2 million in revenue and $1.6 million to $1.7 million in EBITDA for the first half of FY25.
"Our forecast first-half FY25 results demonstrate the strength of our strategy and our ability to deliver sustained growth. The integration of Teknocorp and Amentco has enhanced our capabilities, and our core business continues to perform strongly," said Clayton Astles, CEO of Austco Healthcare.
Final audited results for this period are expected to be released in late February 2025, and the company promises to provide further updates at that time.
