Hawthorn Resources (ASX:HAW) director resignation (Appendix 3Z) and address change

Mark Kerr has ceased his role as director of Hawthorn Resources Limited (HAW) effective 31 December 2022.

The company has also changed its registered address and administration office from 1 January 2023.

Mr Kerr had no relevant interests in securities of which he was registered holder.

He did have a relevant interest attributed to him in his capacity as a trustee and beneficiary of the Lindmark Staff Super Fund which held 11,854,088 ordinary shares in HAW.
