Harrow (NASDAQ:HROW) has announced a change in its independent registered public accounting firm.

Effective June 25, 2024, Crowe was appointed as Harrow’s independent auditor following the resignation of KMJ Corbin & Company.

The transition to Crowe comes in the wake of a strategic move by KMJ Corbin & Company, whose partners and staff joined Crowe, a larger public accounting, consulting, and technology firm, on May 20, 2024.

Harrow has assured stakeholders that the previous audit reports issued by KMJ Corbin & Company contained no adverse opinions.

Furthermore, there were no disagreements between Harrow and KMJ on any critical accounting matters during their tenure.
