Greenvale Energy (ASX:GRV) secures 75% stake in EP145 in Central Australia

Greenvale Energy has acquired a 75% stake in EP145, located in the Amadeus Basin in Central Australia, after obtaining ministerial consent.

The agreement, valued at $160,000, fulfils the prerequisites set in their March 28 announcement and original agreement with Mosman Oil and Gas.

The transition of interest and operational rights to Greenvale's subsidiary positions the company to lead the Year 3 Work Program and plan an exploratory well in Year 4.
