Great Dirt Resources discovered new high-grade manganese mineralisation at its Doherty Project in New South Wales, with assays revealing concentrations up to 50.3% Mn.
The findings were made following a recent round of soil and rock chip sampling that expanded the Junior Manganese targets to both the north and south of EL9527.
The company's exploration program identified manganese mineralisation in outcrops and floaters along a stretch exceeding 650m.
Field investigation of geophysical targets located the massive manganese mineralisation near Neranghi.
Great Dirt Resources is set to commence ground-based induced polarisation and gravity geophysical surveys this week. The surveys are aimed at further delineating drill targets, with drilling operations proposed to begin in mid to late July at EL9527.
