Sharmin Mossavar-Rahmani, the chief investment officer of Goldman Sachs Wealth Management, recently articulated her doubts about cryptocurrencies, notably Bitcoin (CRYPTO:BTC), in an interview.

Despite the significant increase in Bitcoin's trading volume and the growing interest from institutional investors, underscored by the acceptance of spot Bitcoin exchange-traded funds (ETFs), Mossavar-Rahmani underscored that Goldman Sachs remains skeptical.

The firm does not regard cryptocurrencies as a valid investment option.

Her stance reflects a cautious approach amid the burgeoning popularity of digital currencies in the financial sector.
