Golden Deeps launched a drilling program at its Havilah Project in New South Wales to explore copper-gold deposits.

The program involves six to 10 holes, ranging from 1,260m to 2,500m, targeting priority porphyry and volcanic-hosted copper-gold sites.

The sites, identified through strong sub-surface geophysical anomalies, resemble major deposits like Ridgeway. The focus will be on Hazelbrook and Hazelbrook North prospects, known for high copper content.

The project will also investigate sub-surface induced polarisation anomalies and sulphide targets, pending approval from the New South Wales Government for drilling permits.
