GME Resources (ASX:GME) has just announced a change to its board.
GME Resources is pleased to advise that, further to its announcement of 21 July 2022, Mr Paul Kopejtka has commenced as the Company's Managing Director. Former Managing Director Jamie Sullivan has also stepped down from his executive role and is now a Non-Executive Director.
Mr Kopejtka is a Chemical Engineer and Member of the Australian Institute of Company Director.
He has over two decades of leadership experience in the Australian and international resources industry.
