Geopacific Resources completed a review of the Woodlark Gold Project in Papua New Guinea, disclosing opportunities for growth beyond the existing 1.56 million ounce gold resource.

Four key target areas have been identified after reviewing the geological database, each with the potential for significant gold mineralisation.

The company plans to conduct on-ground assessments, mapping, and subsequent trenching and drill testing to explore and extend known near-surface gold mineralisation.

Over the next six months, field mapping programs will be conducted, focusing on areas with favourable lithology, magnetic responses, structures, and geochemistry to support trenching and drilling activities.
