      The Australian market has entered correction territory after closing Thursday?s session 1.77% lower at 6838.30 points sharp sell-offs in gold mining and tech stocks weighed on the key index.

      Australian-based online retailer Kogan.com tumbled 12.70% today following the release of a trading update including a 58% decline in EBITDA over the first half of the 2022 financial year due to higher logistics costs and marketing investment.

      Genworth Mortgage Insurance Australia soared 11.5% today after the leading mortgage insurance provider announced it has been selected as the exclusive provider of Lenders Mortgage Insurance to the Commonwealth Bank for its CBA and Rmg businesses for a 3-year period starting next year.

      Shares in online betting company PointsBet jumped 9% in morning trade after unveiling its proprietary online casino product, PointsBet Casino, in West Virginia, almost 6-months after PointsBet launched its mobile app and digital sports betting product in the state.
