Green Critical Minerals Limited (ASX:GCM) has appointed Mark Lynch-Staunton as their Chief Executive Officer.
He brings extensive operational, technical, and management experience and recently held senior positions at Barrick Gold Corporation.
His remuneration includes a base salary of $300,000/year and performance rights based on achieving certain goals within a certain timeframe.
He officially begins on 1 February 2023.
Following the announcement, shares of Garda Capital Group (ASX:GCM) were unchanged at $0.019.
