Flutter Entertainment (NYSE:FLUT) a prominent player in the global gaming and betting sector, has officially moved its primary listing to the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), marked by the symbol FLUT.

The company announced today that the transition was finalized following a change in its listing category on the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority.

Previously categorized under "Premium Listing (commercial company)," Flutter has now been reclassified to "Standard Listing (shares)" effective from 08.00 a.m. BST / 03.00 a.m. ET today.

The company's shares will continue to be available on the London Stock Exchange (LSE) where they remain actively traded under the Standard Listing segment.

This strategic move comes after Flutter's shareholders approved the change during the Annual General Meeting held on May 1, 2024.
