    Fletcher Building (ASX:FBU) receives shareholder class action relating to 2016/17

    Fletcher Building (ASX:FBU) has been served with a shareholder class action filed in the Supreme Court of Victoria.

    The claim relates to people who acquired shares on the New Zealand Main Board and the Australian Stock Exchange between August 2016 and October 2017 and relates to the company's disclosures regarding its Building + Interiors business. 

    Fletcher Building says it intends to defend the proceedings.

    Its share price is down 1.29% at 12:15pm AEST.
