BlackRock CEO Larry Fink jokes that he's "too young" to run for President, in a jibe at 80-year old Joe Biden and Republican frontrunner Donald Trump, 77. "The political winner is the one who provides the most hope for the future," Fink, 70, said during a conversation with Bloomberg's Dani Burger at the Berlin Global Dialogue forum.
