Australia’s automotive industry has delivered 86,878 vehicles during February this year, which is an almost 2% increase on the same period last year, and the best Feb result since 2019.

The Federal Chamber of Automotive Industries released the stats today, saying it's a great result given global and
      domestic supply constraints.

It was the growing sales of electric vehicles, accounting for nearly 7% of sales that’s proving where a battery electric product exists that suits the buyer, they’ll likely be forking out for one. Zero and low emission car sales, including the electric, accounted for 14%.

The trusted Toyota dominated the market with over 14,000 vehicles, followed by Mazda, then Ford, Kia, and finally Hyundai taking out the last of the top 5.
