Energy Transition Minerals (ASX:ETM) has received the official exploration licence renewal documentation for its Kvanefjeld rare earth project in Greenland.
The licence has been renewed for a 3 year period up to December 31, 2025.
Energy Transition Minerals says its also commenced an arbitration process with the Government of Greenland to determine whether Act No. 20 applies to the Kvanefjeld project and prevents the path for the company to receive an exploitation licence.
The company's other projects include the Villasrubias lithium project in Spain, and it is continuing to assess other opportunities globally with the aim to get involved in the development of critical metals projects.
