Emu NL (ASX:EMU) has announced its completed its rights issue, raising a total of $1,525,506 before costs.
The Company has issued a total of 762,753,174 shares, of which 214,117,068 were issued pursuant to shortfall applications.
There is now no remaining shortfall to be placed, and the capital structure of the company has been updated.
Since 2020, EMU NL has centred its exploration activities in Australia, and last year acquired a portfolio of rare earth exploration assets to complement its existing portfolio of quality gold, nickel, and copper exploration projects.
