ECP Emerging Growth (ASX:ECP) has provided a Quarterly Report to the Trustee and ASIC in relation to the ECP Convertible Notes for the quarter ended 31 December 2022.
It confirms the Conversion Price of the ECP Notes into Ordinary Shares remains unchanged at $1.43 and the LTV ratio as at December 31 2022 is 28.07%.
The report covers items such as compliance with the terms of the Notes, the Trust Deed, and any changes in the business of the Issuer.
It also includes details of any deposits, loans, or assumptions of liability to related body corporates.
The report states that the Issuer has complied with their obligations and no circumstances arose during the quarter that required the Issuer to issue a supplementary prospectus, replacement prospectus, or a continuous disclosure notice.
The Company Secretary has signed the report to confirm that the financial position and performance of the Issuer is such that the property of the Issuer will be sufficient to repay the amount of each Note when it becomes due and payable.
