Dynatrace (NYSE:DT), a leader in unified observability and security, today reported its financial results for the fourth quarter and full fiscal year ended March 31, 2024.

During the quarter, the company's Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) climbed to $1,504 million, representing a 21% increase year over year. 

While the company's fourth-quarter revenue rose 21% to $381 million, subscription revenue reached $360 million, marking a 23% increase.

The quarter also featured significant financial achievements, including a GAAP income from operations of $23 million and a robust non-GAAP income of $95 million.

The period concluded with GAAP earnings per share (EPS) of $0.13 and a stronger non-GAAP EPS of $0.30.

Extending its success into the full year, Dynatrace reported a total revenue of $1,431 million, a 23% increase.

The subscription revenue for the year showed a robust growth of 25%, totaling $1,359 million.

From an operational perspective, the company achieved a GAAP income from operations of $128 million and a non-GAAP figure of $398 million.

The fiscal year concluded with a GAAP EPS of $0.52 and a non-GAAP EPS of $1.20.

Additionally, the company generated a GAAP operating cash flow of $378 million and a free cash flow of $346 million.
