Downer EDI was awarded an $860 million contract to provide maintenance services across Homes New South Wales’ public housing portfolio.
The contract covers Inner City Sydney, Southern Tablelands, South Coast, Macarthur, Southern Highlands, and Illawarra regions.
Starting on July 1, the contract spans up to 10 years, initially for five years, with extension options.
Services include responsive maintenance, capital upgrades, vacant restorations, home modifications, lawns, grounds, and cleaning services for approximately 24,000 public housing dwellings.
