Latitude Group Holdings (ASX:LFS) Trading Halt

At the request of Latitude Group Holdings Limited (ASX: LFS), the securities of the company will be placed in a trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Monday, 20 March 2023 or when the company releases an announcement.

The trading halt is to enable the company to manage its continuous disclosure obligations in relation to a cyber incident that it has recently become aware of, and there is no other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.

Following the announcement, shares of Latitude Group Holdings (ASX:LFS) were unchanged at $1.205.
