Kelsian Group Limited has requested a trading halt at the request of the company, pending an announcement regarding the outcome of the institutional component of the accelerated entitlement offer.

The halt will begin at the commencement of trading on Tuesday, 14 March 2023, and remain in place until the commencement of trading on Friday, 17 March 2023.
