IOUpay (ASX:IOU) Trading Halt

IOUpay Limited (ASX: IOU) has requested a trading halt from the ASX, effective prior to the commencement of trading on Tuesday, 14 March 2023.

This is due to the Board discovering serious financial irregularities in its Malaysian business, following the dismissal of the former CFO, Kenneth Kuan Choon Hsuing.

The trading halt will remain in place until the earlier of the release of an announcement or the commencement of trading on Thursday 16 March 2023.

Following the announcement, shares of IOUpay (ASX:IOU) were unchanged at $0.041.
