Dorsavi (ASX:DVL) Trading Halt

Dorsavi (ASX: DVL) has requested a trading halt from the Australian Securities Exchange, for their fully paid ordinary shares (quoted) with effect from prior to commencement of trading on 13 March 2023.

The trading halt is requested pending the release of an announcement by Dorsavi concerning a proposed capital raising.

The trading halt will remain in place until the earlier of open trade on Wednesday, 15 March 2023 or the release of an announcement by the Company regarding the proposed capital raising.

The trading halt is requested to assist in managing the company's disclosure obligations and to maintain an orderly market in the trading of Dorsavi's shares in relation to the proposed capital raising.

Following the announcement, shares of Dorsavi (ASX:DVL) were unchanged at $0.012.
