DigitalX (ASX:DCC) has reported its DigitalX Bitcoin Fund increased 6.3% in April and its broader DigitalX Fund rose 4.4%.
DigitalX says the S&P Cryptocurrency Top 10 Equal Weight Index increased 0.2%, and its Fund continued to hold overweight positions in Bitcoin and Ethereum.
The company says renewed Asian interest with both Hong Kong and Japan competing to be seen as global crypto hubs was a key factor behind the funds' positive performance, despite continued regulatory pressure in the US.
DigitalX's share price is up 5% at 12:30pm AEST.
