Digimarc Corporation (NASDAQ:DMRC) announced on April 1, 2024, that George Karamanos will be appointed as the new Executive Vice-President, Chief Legal Officer, and Secretary, effective April 8, 2024.

Karamanos will be succeeding Joel Meyer, who has played a pivotal role in the company’s growth and will be moving into a new position as Vice President of Intellectual Property and Innovation Strategy starting from the effective date.
