Core Lithium (ASX:CXO) has secured additional spodumene sales agreements with Sichuan Yahua, with the first shipment being ready for April.
The agreements are for the sale of approximately 18,500 tonnes of spodumene, which is in addition to the existing binding agreement to sell Yahua 300,000 tonnes over four years.
Core Lithium says it produced its first spodumene concentrate in February 2023, with the first shipment of 3,500 tonnes to Yahua and 15,000 tonnes to be sold under a pre-payment arrangement.
The company also says both cargos will be linked to the Fastmarkets (spodumene 6% CIF China) price with no floor or ceiling.
