Core DAO introduces $5 million innovation fund for African Web3 developers

Core DAO, the driving force behind the Core Chain protocol, has unveiled a significant initiative on January 24, earmarking a dedicated fund of $5 million to support African Web3 developers.

This strategic move is grounded in Core DAO's recognition of a sizable portion of its community hailing from Africa.

Brendan Sedo, among others, has championed this endeavor, emphasising the logical necessity of launching such a fund to empower Web3 innovators across the continent.

This investment aims to catalyse and amplify the ambitions of African Web3 creators, fostering growth and innovation within the ecosystem.
