Alamos Gold (NYSE:AGI) declares 15th annual dividend

Alamos Gold (NYSE:AGI) has declared a quarterly dividend of US$0.025 per common share, continuing its 15-year tradition of rewarding shareholders.

To date, the company has returned $354 million to its shareholders through dividends and share buybacks, including $30 million in 2024 alone.

The dividend will be payable on September 26, 2024, to shareholders of record as of September 12, 2024.

Alongside the announcement, Alamos Gold introduced a Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRIP) that allows shareholders to reinvest their dividends into additional common shares at a 3% discount to the market price, without any transaction costs.

Participation in the DRIP is optional, providing shareholders with a flexible way to increase their investment in the company.

This move is part of Alamos Gold's ongoing strategy to enhance shareholder value and expand its investment base.

Following the announcement, Alamos Gold's share price rose over 1% to $25.99.
