Collins Food ltd proposes the acquisition of nine KFC stores in the Netherlands.

Collins Food Limited (ASX:CKF) has announced a proposed ?10.25 million acquisition of nine KFC restaurants in the Netherlands from RDK Holding B.V. and MDK Holding B.V. (Sellers) with completion of the acquisition expected in December 2021.

Shares of Collins Food Limited (ASX:CKF) are trading 0.9% higher after the announcement.
