Coinbase is expanding its wallet-as-a-service capabilities to streamline the development of Web3 applications.
The crypto exchange is introducing two innovative wallet solutions aimed at simplifying integration and balance transfer processes for developers using Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) applications on its layer-2 blockchain, Base.
These new offerings include a smart wallet that facilitates the movement of balances across different EVM-compatible applications through the Coinbase Wallet SDK and an embedded wallet that allows developers to seamlessly integrate noncustodial, white-labeled wallets into their own applications.
By launching these solutions, Coinbase aims to address common user experience challenges faced by developers in the Web3 space, enhancing the overall ecosystem.
