Cipherpoint (ASX:CPT) changes to Board

Cipherpoint Limited (ASX:CPT) has announced changes to its board, including the retirement of Non-Executive Director Graham Mirabito and the appointments of Bryan Saba as CEO and Ken Benson as a Non-Executive Director.

Steven Bliim, a longstanding Non-Executive Director, will remain as Non-Executive Chairman.

The Cipherpoint Board says it's thankful for Graham's dedication and service.
