Charger Metals (ASX:CHR) makes strategic board restructure

Charger Metals (ASX:CHR) has announced a board restructuring as it expands exploration activities at its Bynoe and Lake Johnston lithium projects.

Geologist Aidan Platel has been appointed as Managing Director and CEO, while Adrian Griffin has been appointed as Non-Executive Chairman.

David Crook & Terry Gardiner will remain as Non-Executive Directors.

Charger Metals says Mr Platel will focus on the commencement of the maiden campaign at the strategic Bynoe project near Darwin, Northern Territory.
