    Centuria Capital Group (ASX:CNI) Glasshouse Acquisition Lifts Agriculture AUM to $500m

    Centuria Capital Group is an ASX-listed specialist investment manager with more than $21 billion of assets under management.

    They offer a range of investment opportunities, including unlisted real estate funds and tax-effective investment bonds.

    Their latest acquisition is a 20-hectare tomato glasshouse in Guyra NSW for their unlisted Centuria Agriculture Fund, increasing their total agricultural assets under management to $500 million.

    The asset is leased to ASX-listed Costa Group for a 15-year triple-net lease with CPI-linked annual rent reviews, and it is expected that total agricultural AUM will exceed $600 million in FY23.

    Units in the Fund have a minimum entry investment of $10,000.
