    Centuria Capital (ASX:CNI) share price lifts on profit jump

    Centuria Capital Group has reported an operating profit after tax of $114.5 million for the 2022 financial year, up from $70.2 billion in the previous year.

    The company says it experienced strong acquisition activity, securing $3.1 billion of gross real estate activity.

    ?Centuria demonstrated how its corporate acquisitions in previous periods have significantly increased the size of the platform with correspondingly high increases in both management fee revenues and transaction fee revenues as is evident in the FY22 result,? said Centuria joint CEO John McBain.

    Centuria Capital Group?s share price is lifted nearly 3% higher following the announcement.
