    Cassius Mining (ASX:CMD) receives reports on $275M damages in arbitration case against Ghana

    Cassius Mining announced receiving confidential reports from an independent expert detailing damages sought in its international arbitration case against Ghana.

    The reports were submitted to funders as part of ongoing negotiations for potential non-recourse funding for the arbitration.

    In February 2023, Cassius Mining initiated arbitration seeking over $275 million in damages, citing breaches of a large-scale prospecting license agreement by Ghana.
