Carnaby Resources (ASX:CNB) has announced further significant drill results from the Greater Duchess copper gold project in Mt Isa, Queensland.
Carnaby Resources highlighted 71m @ 1.1% Cu from 204m including 30m @ 2.2% Cu from 204m at the Mount Hope Central prospect, and 34m @ 0.9% Cu from 380m including 14m @ 1.6% Cu from 397M at the Mount Hope North prospect.
Its Managing Director, Rob Watkins says the exceptional new copper sulphide zones intersected at Mount Hope clearly indicate that the size of the discovery is going to rapidly expand as the company steps up the drilling program:
"We are at the start of a 40,000m RC and diamond drilling program that will no doubt culminate in a very material maiden resource for the Greater Duchess copper gold project."
