Canterbury Resources' recent drilling at the Briggs Copper Project in Queensland revealed significant copper mineralisation, reaching up to 136.3m from the surface.
Assays showed 0.36% copper and 90 ppm molybdenum, with a notable section at 49m consisting of 32.8m at 0.78% copper and 72 ppm molybdenum.
Assays for the remaining four holes are anticipated in the next two to four weeks, with additional drilling planned in the early second quarter to assess the intrusive contact zone and potentially upgrade resource confidence for a scoping study later this year.
