Cannindah Resources announced an increase in copper metal tonnes at its Mt Cannindah Cu/Au Project in Queensland.

The new resource estimate now stands at 14.5 million tonnes at 1.09% copper equivalent, marking a 117% rise from the previous estimate.

The updated mineral resource estimate reflects substantial increases across key metrics: a 183% increase in tonnes, a 117% rise in copper metal, 229% more gold ounces, and 148% more silver ounces.

The resource, starting at surface and extending open along strike and at depth, is planned for open pit extraction to a maximum depth of 350m below surface.

The ongoing drilling program has been instrumental in expanding the resource area and exploring high-priority targets nearby.
