Ballymore Resources has commenced drilling at the high-grade Day Dawn vein system within the Ravenswood Project area, near Charters Towers, Queensland.

The Day Dawn vein system, located along the Mount Leyshon Corridor, was discovered by Ballymore and is noted for significant gold, silver, and lead mineralisation.

Notable rock chip samples include astonishing results: 127.5 g/t gold, 7,100 g/t silver, and 9.40% lead.

Additional samples have supported these high-grade findings, emphasising Day Dawn's potential.

"We are delighted to advise of the commencement of drilling at Day Dawn. Day Dawn is an exciting target, identified by our geologists during routine surface mapping in an area of little to no modern exploration," said David A-Izzeddin, managing director of Ballymore Resources.

Concurrently, surface drilling continues at Dittmer, which has demonstrated prospective extensions to the Duffer and Loch Neigh lodes.

Initial assay results from Dittmer are anticipated in September, and the work is aimed at confirming the potential for a substantial gold-copper deposit beyond the historic Dittmer mine.

Ballymore has also completed major airborne geophysical surveys at Dittmer, Ruddygore, and Mount Molloy.

The data will aid in identifying further drill targets anticipated to propel Ballymore Resources to continued success throughout 2024.

Ballymore Resources is an ASX-listed exploration and development company. The company holds a portfolio of exploration and development projects in the Queensland mineral belts that are prospective for gold and base metals.

At the time of reporting, Ballymore Resources’ share price was $0.11.
