Bryah Resources (ASX:BYH) and its joint venture partner OM (Manganese) have submitted two applications for mining licences at the Bryah Basin manganese project 150km from Meekatharra.

The Western Australian company said the licences cover the areas of the Black Hill and Brumby Creek prospects.

It also said the applications represent the successful manganese exploration that has been achieved up to this point and are a crucial part of the final stages of returning the area to manganese production.

Bryah Resources is also working with an environmental consultant to support the licensing approval process.
