Bowen Coking Coal (ASX:BCB) has appointed Mr Mark Ruston as Chief Executive Officer (CEO), who the company says has over 30 years of experience in coal and metalliferous open pit and underground operations across Australasia and Africa.
It also says he holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) (Monash University), a Graduate Diploma of Mining (University of Ballarat) and a MBA from Latrobe University.
Mr Ruston's terms of employment and remuneration include a salary of $700,000 per annum (inclusive of statutory superannuation) and an annual Short Term Incentive (STI) of up to 50% of gross salary based on three key performance targets determined by the Board.
In addition, he will be eligible for a Long Term Incentive (LTI) of up to 15 million performance rights subject to key performance targets and a retention component.
