Bitcoin and altcoins strengthen amid positive equities market

Bitcoin and a select few altcoins have shown strength as traders diversify their focus from just spot BTC ETF flows.

This comes at the beginning of a week where the United States equities markets are performing well.

This improvement appears to be supported by strong economic growth and signs that year-on-year inflation may be subsiding.

The S&P 500 Index (SPX), for example, climbed 1.06% last week, edging closer to the significant 5,000 mark.

Bitcoin (BTC) followed a similar trajectory, rising 1.08% last week.
