BHP (ASX:BHP) announces resignation of company secretary

BHP Group (ASX:BHP) has announced the resignation of John-Paul Santamaria as a company secretary, effective today.

BHP Group says Stefanie Wilkinson remains the Group Company Secretary, and Prakash Kakkad remains a company secretary of BHP.

BHP Group is headquartered in Australia and its share price is up 16% the past six months.
