    Aussie, NZ dollar rally on persistent Kiwi inflation

    Australian and New Zealand dollars rebounded on April 17 as Kiwi inflation persisted.

    The New Zealand dollar rose 0.4% to $0.5906, while the Australian dollar climbed 0.3% to $0.6421.

    New Zealand's inflation ticked up to 0.6% in the first quarter, suggesting gradual easing.

    Analysts predict rate cuts are unlikely until 2025.
