    ASX200 rebounds; Border restrictions imposed; Tesla changing gears

    Tech stocks are down 0.08% just after lunchtime, with Afterpay continuing its slide while Nearmap and Link Administration are up more than 2%.

    Overall the S&P/ASX200 is up 0.47% to 6638.30 points at 1:30pm AEDT, driven by the miners.

    Bitcoin is trading at US$33,602.18.

    In the headlines, Victoria has put up a hard border with WA, while NSW will require anyone who arrives from WA to undertake a five-day lockdown following a Perth hotel quarantine security guard testing positive to the highly contagious UK strain of COVID-19.

    Financial services provider Robinhood has reduced its list of 50 restricted trade companies to eight, including GameStop, BlackBerry, AMC Entertainment and Nokia.

    And Tesla?s Model S car is taking futuristic driving to the next level with an autonomous gear change feature. The

    feature shifts the car automatically between park, reverse, neutral and drive based on what obstacles the car detects.
